Our legal orientation program focuses on advising immigrants and depending on the case referring them to attorneys and other organizations, so they receive appropriate legal representation at affordable cost.
● Advice and support in immigration matters such as (family petitions, DACA, Citizenship, detentions, immigration screening, deportation processes, U visa, VAWA visa, T visa, Work visa, and others).
● Advice and support to the families of inmates in custody of immigration at the McHenry County Detention Center. (provide them information on how to contact their family member and how to add founds to their commissary)
● Advice and support in family and civil matters such as (divorce, custody, child support, protection orders, civil lawsuits, and others).
● Advice and support in criminal matters such as (DUI, traffic tickets, crimes in general, and others).
● Citizenship Workshops (fill application and prepare for citizenship exams)
